The short version: everything you do in this app stays on your device. We collect nothing, we run no servers, and no data ever leaves your device.
Anything you create — such as profile names or audio recordings — is saved only in this app on this device, using your device's local storage. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.
No personal information, no accounts or logins, no location, no payment information, no device or advertising identifiers, no analytics, and no crash or diagnostic data. Nothing from children.
Because the app collects no personal information from anyone — including children under 13 — no parental consent is required. All content stays on your device.
The app includes no third-party SDKs, analytics, or advertising networks. We do not share your data because we never receive it. The App Store and Google Play may collect information when you download the app, under their own policies.
Your data is protected by your device's own security. Deleting the app, or clearing its data in your device settings, removes everything stored on your device.

These terms apply to all Creative Dad Kids apps, across web and mobile. These are family-oriented apps that store data locally on your device without requiring an account or an internet connection.
You get a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app.
Anything you create in the app stays on your device and is never transmitted to us. You keep full ownership of it.
The app is provided "as is" with no warranties. Our liability is capped at $100 total for all claims. We are not responsible for data loss from device failure, deletion, or uninstalling the app — back up anything important to you.
The Apple App Store and Google Play Store have their own separate terms that also apply to your download; we are not responsible for their practices.
We may modify or discontinue the app at any time. Updates to these terms are posted here with a new effective date.
